Lead paint was on store shelves until 1980, therefore any house that was constructed before 1980 is treated as if it has lead paint on/in it. Lead poisoning is dangerous, especially for children. We are a Certifed Lead Based Paint Renovation company with the EPA and Oregon CCB.  All of our Home Performance employees are trained to work on homes in a way that eliminates the chance of lead poisoning for themselves and the home owners.
